In order to improve upon these problems, bringing fashion from something that has a negative impact on people into a tool that can make people happy, the brand KODAI YASUNO was born. We breathe new life into clothing, that is often thought to be disposable, and instead can be worn season after season and can be re-dyed and re-born. Each piece isn't simply just a piece of clothing, but a piece of art that is uniquely your own.

■ 返品・交換について
染色現在アーティストが受注生産にて1点1点丁寧に制作しているため、基本的に発送後の返品・交換は承っておりません。商品に不備があった場合のみご対応させていただきます。誠に申し訳ございませんが、お客様のご都合による返品・交換は出来かねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※商品の不備による交換をご希望のお客様は弊社お問い合わせフォームもしくはLINE公式アカウント、Instagramダイレクトメッセージよりご連絡の上、商品到着から10日以内にご返送いただきますようお願い申し上げます。（商品到着から10日を過ぎた商品につきましては、ご返品・交換を承ることができかねます点予めご承知おきのほどお願い申し上げます）
■ 送料ついて
一部地域を除き一律¥850の送料を頂戴いたしております。
※九州・北海道は¥1,000、沖縄は¥1,800の送料となります。
※ご注文商品によって送料は異なります。
※送料の異なる商品を同時にご注文頂いた場合、システムの仕様上、送料が重複いたしますが、ご注文後に重複送料は削除させていただきます（この場合、同梱での発送となります）。
※1回のご注文で¥20,000以上お買い上げで送料無料となります。（複数回に分けてご注文いただく場合は送料が発生いたします）
※発送後に受け取り拒否をされた場合は、商品代金、往復送料をご請求させて頂きますので予めご承知おきのほどお願い申し上げます。
■発送について
ご注文確定後（入金確認後）、3日~5日ほどで発送いたしております。
※予約商品や受注生産商品など一部にお時間を頂く場合がございます。予約商品につきましては、商品ページ記載の発送予定日内の発送となります。
※発送予定日が異なる商品を複数個ご注文いただいた場合は、最も発送予定日が遅い商品の発送予定日内に合わせて発送となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
※住所不明や長期不在によってお荷物が弊社宛に返送されてきた商品を再発送する場合、返送分と再発送分の往復送料はお客様負担となります。

Q: Is it possible to dye clothes I already own?
A: Yes, absolutely! In regards to the design or item, please feel free to browse our Instagram or shop items that appeal to you as reference. We will be happy to discuss with you.
Q.洗濯はどのようにすれば良いですか？
A.ご自宅の洗濯機にて通常通りお洗濯いただけます。
※念の為最初の2-3回ほどは白などの淡い色のものとは分けてお洗濯いただきますようお願いいたします。
Q:How should I wash my items?
A: You can wash your items at home in a normal wash cycle.
※However, there is the possibility of the colour bleeding, so for the first 2-3 washes, please wash separately from white or light coloured items.
